What this covers
The forms on the ASE site collect operational inputs required to prepare readiness briefs, scope briefs, onboarding guides, and compliance checklists. These records are treated as proposal-stage working documents and are not reused for unrelated marketing or third-party data brokering.
Proposal and onboarding data is used only to scope, quote, deliver, and support the requested project.
Personal data is limited to business contact details, project inputs, scheduling notes, and approval records.
ASE Consultings shares project data only with delivery partners or subcontractors who need it to perform the agreed work.
We retain records only for active delivery, support, statutory, and audit requirements, then remove them from operational workflows.
