What equipment do you support?+
BWT filtration, softening, dosing, UV and RO. PLC and HMI panels, BMS and DCIM. Huawei home batteries and PCS, CATL cabinets around 255 to 407 kWh and 20-ft containers near 4 MWh.
Do you support systems not supplied by ASE?+
Yes, following a site survey and documentation review. We assess safety, firmware versions and parts availability, then propose a plan.
What response times do you offer?+
Defined by SLA. Typical is remote triage within four hours during working days and on-site attendance within 24 to 48 hours for priority issues.
Can you monitor our plants, performance and costs remotely?+
Yes. We connect via secure VPN or cloud gateways, set points and alarms are agreed, and reports are issued on a weekly or monthly cycle.
Do you stock consumables and spares?+
Yes. We hold common filter media, cartridges, membranes, pump kits, sensors and PLC modules. Battery modules and PCS parts are sourced through authorised channels.
How do you handle water quality and compliance?+
We maintain sampling plans, logbooks and calibration records. Legionella control for DHW uses temperature regimes and monitored dosing where appropriate.
